Ocean Fluids: Excellence in Fluid Services

Ocean Fluids has been in business since September 2009, operating out of Clairmont Ab less than a five minute drive North of Grande Prairie. The company has focused primarily on Potassium chloride (KcL) sales as well as heating fresh water for the oil and gas industry. We also mix and move a variety of chemicals such as corrosion inhibiters, packer fluids and clay stabilizer. H2S scavenger is also very popular for sweetening tank trucks to larger jobs in the field treating well bores. We are equipped to mix most chemical at our facilities as the trucks are being loaded if you have your own products you require blended with no exposure to these products on location. In the past five years we have developed a very solid customer base and expanded the business to Whitecourt Ab. Ocean Fluids has been operating out of the town of Whitecourt since July 2013 and is working hard to develop a solid customer base there as well.

The company is run by Ed Clough, a thirty five year veteran of the oil and gas industry. Ed spent the first thirty years of his career in the drilling and well servicing side of the industry moving to snubbing from 2003 to 2009. He carries out the dispatch duties of both facilities and is always available to help out with questions and concerns you may have.
